The Talk About.. series is designed to deliver targeted support to help children acquire the key building blocks of language. Each set includes clear photographic cards, activity cards and a CD-ROM offering flexible ways to use the images. Being able to recognise and name feelings is a vital social skill as well as an important aspect of spoken language. This set of 32 photo cards covers eight feelings: happy, cross, surprised, sad, confused, frightened, bored and disgusted. Featuring the same children throughout, there are four examples of each emotion, allowing lots of opportunity for practice and discussion.
