Delivery & Returns
We aim to deliver in-stock items within 24 hours (Dubai) and 48 hours (Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates, from Monday to Friday (excluding UAE Public Holidays).
Items ordered from overseas suppliers generally take between 6-8 weeks to be delivered.

Over 99% of our orders are received in excellent condition however sometimes goods can be damaged in transit. If you receive goods in a defective condition, please contact our Customer Services team and we will be happy to arrange a replacement.
