As with all the model's in their brass range, it has been meticulously designed down to the finest details by craftsman Peter Pollard, and the attractive price tag, generous bore size (11.68mm/0.46” bore) and the smooth operation of the stainless steel valves make it a favourite among students. The bore size alone combines the best of projection volume and air flow, delivering an abundance of signature trumpet sounds with exceptional tonal qualities.

The OTR140 is supplied with a 7C size mouthpiece, with its shallower, medium cup size is ideal for beginners. Offering less effort to produce smooth sounds and reach the higher registers, whilst combining the natural deeper, darker tones the trumpet is known for, tones that are unique among brass instruments and play a major role within orchestras, jazz and commercial bands.
