Stainless steel, 1.5mm gauge. Hand washing, where possible, is recommended. If a dishwasher or sterilisation bath are used, the cutlery should be rinsed beforehand and removed as soon as possible after the drying cycle. In all cases, the cutlery should then be further dried with a cloth and stored in a dry place.
