Recycling of disposable gas cylinders has become an important environmental issue. In the UK, all non-refillable cylinders are accepted, without notification, into the normal waste stream, i.e. landfill site, although we recommend and support recycling. Before disposal, all cylinders need to be empty and vented and then the Recycler Tool can be used to safely puncture the cylinder.
